All original tags, labels, and packaging must be attached and intact.
Proof of purchase, such as the original order confirmation or packing slip, is required.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Please contact our customer service team at support@ektithi.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include your original order number and the reason for the return in your email.
Once you receive your RA number, please write it clearly on the outside of the return package.
Securely package the item(s) to prevent damage during transit.

4. Refunds & Processing

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you via email.
If your return is approved, a full refund or store credit will be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

5. Shipping Costs
